Mission

We provide mediation, training and conflict coaching services to those who live in, or own property or a business in Placer County. These services are affordable, confidential and are designed to respond to the needs of the diverse communities we serve.

Program Services

DescriptionGrantsExpenses
MEDIATOR FEESIn the 2024 tax year, our organization effectively mediated 167 cases, achieving a 94% satisfactory resolution rate. Our court mediations cover Small Claims, Unlawful Detainer and Civil Harassment cases. These court mediations were provided at no cost to the participants involved, thereby alleviating the burden on the Placer County courts by resolving these cases outside of traditional legal proceedings. Weprovided complementary conflict coaching to 124 participants and we provided Introductory Mediation Training and/or direct mentoring for 48 people. In total, our work touched the lives of 699 Placer County residents in 2024.$0$0
ACCOUNTING FEESIn the 2024 tax year, we effectively managed our accounting expenses, ensuring efficient financial oversight and compliance. By diligently monitoring our financial transactions and implementing costsaving measures, we were able to minimize our accounting fees while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our financial records. This prudent financial management allowed us to allocate moreresources towards our core programs and services, maximizing our impact within the community.$0$0
