“Form 990 Part VI Scection B Line 11b - The Board approved the extension prior to filing in May 2025. The Board was emailed the 2024 Statment of Financial Positon, 2024 Statment of Activity, and the completed 990 draft 10 days prior to ethe extension due date of November 15, 2025. The Transformation by Austin Angels (our national agency) CFO also reviewed the 990 draft prior to submission. The Board affirmatively responded via email with a pasing vote to submit 990. Form 990, Part VI Section B Line 15 - The bylaws are reviewed and new signatures are required every year as a way to regularly review and consistently monitor and enforce compliant policy. The Executive Director is very aware of the compliance requirements. Form 990 Part VI Section B Line 15 - The Executive Director initiates the review process by completing the employee portion of the review form and submitting it to the Board President. The independent and unrelated Board President completes the written review with observations collected personally and interviewing or surveying other members of the board and subordiante empolyee(s) and volunteers. The Board President also does salary research for local area comparative salary date prior to making a recommendaton on a salary increase/decrease for the Executive Director. The review and decision on comparable data is then shared with the Board electronically for review. A motion,second and vote was made electronically to approve the increase. This was recently completed in April and May 2025. All records were retained. form 990 - Part VI -Section C Line 19- The organization made its governing documents, conflict of interest policy and financial statements available to the public during the tax year upon request. Form 990- Part XII, Line 2C - The Board created a Finance Committee in June 2025.”
“Each chapter board member is required to sign the National Angels document Angels Way which contains the conflict of interest policy, the whistleblower policy and a documentation retention and destruction policy. The document is reviewed and signed annually. The board reviews and declares any possible conflicts.. New board members are also required to review and sign Angels Way.”

The program provides wrap around support for the entire family. Voluneeers meet with families on a mothly basis to help provide support,consistentency,and normalcy as well as friendships and encourgement to the families they serve.There are 25 Love Box groups for a total of 100 kids being matched through Love Box. The program had a back to school Shoe Drive delivering shoes and snacks to children in the program. Christmas Holidays gift drive resulted in holiday bakets to all the families. Foster Care Support and emergency funds helped with sudden costs for opening foster homes (like carseats and strollers).The program also helps with background shceks and required training for foster care support participants who are Love Box volunteers, It is amazing if they can become respte qualified and be able to babysit |

This program can help the youth find ways to actually attend colleg4 and other programs where the tuition may be getting covered.Actually living while atteding those programs required more skills and support. Dare to Dream gives youth the support they need to believe in their dreams and make them happen. |

The Executive Director is very aware of the compliance requirements.
