Program service expenses included real estate taxes, security, utilities, insurance and other miscellaneous operating expenses for both buildings. Additionally, the organization shares 2 individuals - 1 key employee and 1 consultant with Tabernacle Senior Citizens Project, Inc. These individuals donated their time to SCPI during 2024 by providing real estate, legal and management expertise.
