Mission

The purpose of the Cooperative is to provide affordable housing for low to moderate income residents. The Cooperative will be democratically controlled by the residents, promote cooperation as a tool for economic justice, and use housing as a vehicle for environmental sustainability and social justice.

Program Services

In 2024, the housing cooperative board increased to bi-weekly meetings to discuss all aspects of house governance, with inhabitants of the house greatly influencing the decision-making by utilizing sociocracy as the main form of governance. Discussions mainly focused on the transition towards completion of construction and membershipping new members, as well as the next steps in roles for members in the household.$0$0
