“The organization shall have two classes of members: regular members and assosciate member organizations. The original regular member organizations of the corporation shall be the american orthopaedic society for sports medicine, the arthroscopy association of north america, the international cartilage regeneration & joint preservation society and the on foundation (the "original founding members"). Upon the unanimous vote of the regular member organizations, additional organizations may be accepted as regular member organizations. Each regular member organization will elect three delegates to the biologic association. Associate member organizations can join the biologic association upon the unanimous vote of the regular member organizations. Each regular member organization shall be entitled to one vote on matters coming before the members. Associate member organiazations will not have any voting privileges.”
