“Part 110 Grants and similar amounts paid Holy Family Home Bacolod Foundation - 61000 Holy Family Home Makati Foundation - 7200 Childrens Hope Learning Center for Hearing Impaired - 7000 Siargao Island Emergency Relief after Typhoon Odette - 2000 OMSC Mindoro Education Project - 800 Total Grants Paid - 78000 Part 116 Other Expenses State Registration Fees - 225 Marketing and Branding - 102 Bank Fees - 81 Total Other Expenses - 408 Part III Statement of Program Accomplishments What is the organizations primary purpose To pursue programs benefiting education mental health anti-violence against children and hunger alleviation Part III Line 28 Wellness and Education Program - 61000 Under our combined Wellness and Education Program working with professional and accredited staff CHC handles funding and delivers continued support to programs in facilities and schools that provide daily nutrition educational goals psychological development and spiritual guidance for abused street children The program provide scholarships andor stipends to deserving children based on financial need and scholastic achievements Program funded scholarships for 44 children in 2021 Part III Line 29 Education Program - 7200 Provided scholarships to impoverished children housed by and under supervision by the Holy Family Home Makati Foundation based in Makati Metro Manila Philippines and run by the Capuchin Tertiary Sisters At least 22 children were provided scholarships and some financial assistance for the purchase of books and other required school materials Part III Line 30 Learning Center Build Program - 7000 A dream come true hopefully just the first of many learning centers for the children the first of many doors to open where children can learn get education protection and dignity for children for all walks of life The Childrens Hope Learning for Hearing Impaired located in Naga City Philippines fully furnished with books computers tablesdesks printer audio-visual equipment and best of all first batch of Behind-the Ear hearing aids for hearing impaired children Part III Line 31 Recovery and Reconstruction Support plus Special Education Project - 2800 Under Recovery and Reconstruction Support CHC provided 2000 funding for relief support and roofing materials to help in the rebuilding of almost 5000 homes affected by Typhoon Odette in Siargao Island Philippines Under Special Education Project CHC provided educational assistance to the Oriental Mindoro State College to procure 2 printingphotocopyingscanning machines 100 reams of bond paper printer inks These materials were donated to printing and photocopying services for the poor students in campus The hardware and materials were requested in response to the flexible learning process in place in the campus brought on by poor internet connection and the non-availability of necessary electronic tabletsgadgets for poorer students thus requiring printer learning paraphernalia for the students”
