Mission

Foothills Townhomes Phase 3 HOA provides services to a 28 Townhome group of owners including Lawncare Snow Removal Septic Maintenance Well Maintenance and overall management to maintain the clean aesthetic of this small rural development The all volunteer Board meets on an average of once monthly to respond to maintenance needs owner requests for exterior improvements that comply with the Covenants as well as quick resolution of violations of the rules and regulations We also provide steady communications with Owner regarding related activities in the area and an Annual Meeting for election of Board Members Accomplishments have included resolution of community tax issues clarification of property deeds and similar activities that affect the overall community
