Our mission is to increase the availability of affordable and rental housing for veterans and community residents in lmsdi through purchasing and restoring vacant and vandalized buildings.
Depending upon funding availability lmsdi develops vacant and blighted properties and to provide affordable housing in the lower-marshall shadeland area. Lmsdi also works with community-based organizations city wide, providing information on bank lending practices throughout the area.
