Mission and Program Overview
Mission
The purpose of the cooperative is to furnish broadband infrastructure and related services to the widest practicable number of users of such service on a mutual nonprofit cooperative basis. The cooperative shall be able to construct, purchase, lease, as lessee, or otherwise acquire, own, improve, expand, install, maintain, operate, sell, convey, lease as lessor, manage, pledge, mortgage, or otherwise dispose of or encumber broadband infrastructure and related services, which shall be deemed necessary, convenient or appropriate, to enable it to furnish broadband infrastructure and related services to its users within and without this state (idaho) by the coop.
