“Part 1, Line 16: Total $31190 General program administration services by Made Safe in Wyoming dba CyberWyoming for the Cyber in a Box School Video Challenge, MAGIC cybersecurity puzzle challenge, LEGOS Attack & Defense Program, Senior Programs, Teens Exploring Careers Program, WyoCAN (Cybersecurity Action Network) committee, and general education: $4000 Cybersecurity educational conference expenses, administration and event planning: $1775 Cyber in a Box School Video Challenge Program where we pay middle and high school teams $100 to create a cyber safety video that is judged, awards are given, and then the videos are posted to the Wyoming State Library website. 31 teams participated (about 150 students). $5359 LEGO Attack and Defense Program. Eight LEGO Attack and Defense suitcase models for teachers to borrow for a semester to teach engineering, circuitry, networking, and cyber attack & defense principles. These are shipped across the state to any classroom and about 500 students participate each year. $6761 Teens Exploring Careers Camp, a camp for teens to explore their digital world in a career setting. Awarded in Aug 2022, the camp was developed over a year, tested in June 2023, and in FY 2024 the curriculum distribution plan was implemented, sending the curriculum to community colleges and universities regionwide. In FY 2025, we continued to promote the free camp curriculum by speaking at teachers' conferences and one high school camp was planned. $4367 MAGIC Capture the Flag Cybersecurity Puzzle Challenge held twice a year. CyberWyoming Alliance sends pizza to student participants as the challenge falls on a Saturday. Expenses also include registration fee for virtual hosting. About 50 students participate each year. $1759 Senior center tech talks for Albany County Wyoming's senior center: 6 monthly tech talks for seniors that include safety surrounding topics like AI, passwords, email, freezing credit, and who to call for help. Senior alert flyers are also sent to 2/3 of the senior centers statewide. $4334 Operating expenses including filing fees ($117), fundraising ($183), insurance ($1023), association memberships ($875), software ($417), travel to conferences or events ($220): $2835 $4000+$1175+$5359+$6761+$4367+$1759+$4334+$2835=$31190”
