PART X, LINE 2:

The fund performed an evaluation of uncertainty in income taxes for the year ended june 30, 2024 and determined that there were no matters that would require recognition in the financial statements or that may have any effect on its tax-exempt status. It is the fund's policy to recognize interest and/or penalties related to uncertainty in income taxes, if any, in interest expense or income tax, respectively. The fund's tax returns are subject to possible examination by the taxing authorities, however, as of june 30,2024 there were no examinations pending or in progress.
