During the fiscal year, ART FAIR 14C, INC transferred an existing loan liability of $$56,877 to ARTS 14C AN NJ NONPROFIT CORP (ARTS 14C). This transfer was executed as part of a formally approved organizational and operational restructuring. ARTS 14C agreed to assume full responsibility for the outstanding loan balance of $56,877 including all future payments, obligations, and terms outlined in the original note. The lender approved the assumption of the loan. No funds were distributed to any individuals, and no private benefit resulted from this transaction. The transfer was conducted solely to align the liability with the successor entity, ARTS 14C.”
