“Neythri offers 3 distinct programs: 1) neythri's board readiness program offers a thorough overview of public and private board roles at for-profit companies. This program consists of four bi-weekly sessions featuring expert speakers on relevant topics, panel discussions with current board members, and active engagement in breakout groups. 25 members participated in the neythri board readiness program in 2024. 2) neythri salons facilitate the creation of enriching, multi-dimensional relationships. Each salon brings together 10-12 accomplished women from diverse sectors and functional areas. These curated groups engage in intimate, thought-provoking gatherings, both virtually and inperson. Through sharing perspectives and authentic stories, these sessions become a wellspring of profound connections. 3) neythri roundtables enable groups of senior executives in the same industry or functional area to meet and exchange insights. Roundtables are an unparalleled opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions, share insights, and explore emerging trends that will shape the future of an industry or function. Roundtables allow members to gain expert knowledge, expand their network, shape the future, inspire and be inspired. Additionally we also host several workshops and panel discussions throught the year on topics that are of interest to our members.”
