ONCE ALL APPLICATIONS ARE SUBMITTED, A DIVERSE MENTEE CLASS IS CHOSEN BASED ON CREDENTIALS, INDUSTRY, AND BACKGROUND. THROUGHOUT THE 12-MONTH PROGRAM, THE WOMEN'S COLLECTIVE PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING: -QUARTERLY LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMING ON SUBJECTS THAT INCLUDE AUTHENTICITY, BUILDING TRUST, UNDERSTANDING YOUR STYLE: WORKING GENIUS.-EACH MENTEE IS PAIRED WITH A SENIOR LEVEL MENTOR WHO PROVIDES GUIDANCE, SUPPORT AND ADVICE FOR THE 12-MONTH PROGRAM, WHICH IS IMPORTANT TO A YOUNG LEADER'S DEVELOPMENT. THE MENTEES/MENTORS GO THROUGH A MATCH PROCESS TO ENSURE COMPATIBILITY AND SUCCESS, AND THE MENTORS MEET WITH THEIR MENTEE MONTHLY. MANY MENTEES/MENTORS CONTINUE TO MEET AND SHARE ADVICE PAST THE 12-MONTH MENTEE PERIOD.
