EDUCATION / INSPIRATIONAL PROGRAMS:THE WOMEN'S COLLECTIVE OFFERS 4 SIGNATURE EVENTS OVER THE YEAR TO BRING MEANINGFUL CONTENT TO OUR MEMBERS ON TOPICS LIKE MENTAL HEALTH, COMMITMENT TO NON-PROFIT SUPPORT IN OUR COMMUNITY, AND LEADERSHIP INSPIRATION. WE SOURCE SPEAKERS AND EXPERTS ON TOPICS TO SHARE THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND INSIGHT WITH MEMBERSHIP. EVENTS INCLUDE A FEBRUARY INSPIRATIONAL BREAKFAST, 2 LUNCH & LEARN EVENTS, AND AN EVENING LESSONS FROM LEADERS PANEL. TWC ALSO HOSTS 2-3 LEADERSHIPS AND SIPS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, WHICH IS A SMALL GATHERING OF 15-20 MEMBERS WHO DISCUSS CURRENT TOPICS ENCOUNTERED AT WORK AND HOW TO NAVIGATE CAREERS AS WOMEN BUSINESS LEADERS.$0$13,100

EMPOWERING MENTEE PARTICIPANTS IS AN OVERARCHING DESIGN PHILOSOPHYTHE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO BE MENTEE-DRIVEN TO ALLOW MENTEES TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THEIR LEARNING - DEFINE IT, DEVELOP IT, AND BE DEDICATED TO IT. DEFINE IT: MENTOR LEADERSHIP IS THE CREATION OF A PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT RELAONSHIP BETWEEN A LEADER, OR MENTOR, AND A PERSON IN THE ORGANIZATION THAT DEMONSTRATES LEADERSHIP POTENTIAL. MENTORING IS THE ACT OF SHARING RELEVANT INSIGHT AND WISDOM THAT ACCELERATES THE MENTEE'S PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT.DEVELOP IT: A MENTOR CAN HELP DEVELOP IMPORTANT PROFESSIONAL CONNECTIONS, EXPAND NETWORK PERSONALLY AND EXPOSE ONE TO NEW OPPORTUNITIES PROFESSIONALLY.BE DEDICATED TO IT: SOMETIMES IT SEEMS HARD TO GET A MENTOR LEADERSHIP PROGRAM OFF THE GROUND. ONCE ALL APPLICATIONS ARE SUBMITTED, A DIVERSE MENTEE CLASS IS CHOSEN BASED ON CREDENTIALS, INDUSTRY, AND BACKGROUND. THROUGHOUT THE 12-MONTH PROGRAM, THE WOMEN'S COLLECTIVE PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING: -QUARTERLY LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMING ON SUBJECTS THAT INCLUDE AUTHENTICITY, BUILDING TRUST, UNDERSTANDING YOUR STYLE: WORKING GENIUS.-EACH MENTEE IS PAIRED WITH A SENIOR LEVEL MENTOR WHO PROVIDES GUIDANCE, SUPPORT AND ADVICE FOR THE 12-MONTH PROGRAM, WHICH IS IMPORTANT TO A YOUNG LEADER'S DEVELOPMENT. THE MENTEES/MENTORS GO THROUGH A MATCH PROCESS TO ENSURE COMPATIBILITY AND SUCCESS, AND THE MENTORS MEET WITH THEIR MENTEE MONTHLY. MANY MENTEES/MENTORS CONTINUE TO MEET AND SHARE ADVICE PAST THE 12-MONTH MENTEE PERIOD. THROUGHOUT THE 12-MONTH PROGRAM, THE WOMEN'S COLLECTIVE PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING: -QUARTERLY LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMING ON SUBJECTS THAT INCLUDE AUTHENTICITY, BUILDING TRUST, UNDERSTANDING YOUR STYLE: WORKING GENIUS.-EACH MENTEE IS PAIRED WITH A SENIOR LEVEL MENTOR WHO PROVIDES GUIDANCE, SUPPORT AND ADVICE FOR THE 12-MONTH PROGRAM, WHICH IS IMPORTANT TO A YOUNG LEADER'S DEVELOPMENT. THE MENTEES/MENTORS GO THROUGH A MATCH PROCESS TO ENSURE COMPATIBILITY AND SUCCESS, AND THE MENTORS MEET WITH THEIR MENTEE MONTHLY. MANY MENTEES/MENTORS CONTINUE TO MEET AND SHARE ADVICE PAST THE 12-MONTH MENTEE PERIOD.
