“Part I, Line 16 - Other Expenses Other expenses total 24175 and consist of costs associated with delivering Noel Community Arts Program arts education and community programming. These include 7000 in student scholarships and tuition assistance provided to ensure access to programming regardless of financial circumstances, 5000 in program supplies, 2000 in event related expenses, 4500 in software and operational subscriptions, 2674.61 in payment processing fees, and 3000 in accounting and professional services. These expenses support the organizations ongoing instructional, outreach, and community based arts initiatives. Part I, Line 20 - Other Changes in Net Assets The organization experienced a modest decrease in net assets during the year due to expanded program offerings, increased scholarship support, and unanticipated administrative expenses. Certain accounting services that had previously been provided through external support were transitioned to paid professional services during the year. Part III - Program Service Accomplishments Individual Art and Music Lessons Provided individualized art and music instruction to students of varying ages and skill levels. While many participants paid standard lesson fees, the organization also provided need based scholarships and tuition assistance to ensure equitable access to instruction. Served approximately 140 individuals. Art and Music Outreach Delivered art and music programming in partnership with local nonprofit organizations, expanding access to creative experiences for children and adults in the broader community. In addition, facilitated community wide public art initiatives, including a Free Little Art Gallery and a collaborative community mural, designed to foster community engagement and creative expression. Served approximately 1135 individuals. Pottery and Ceramics Program Offered structured ceramics education through multiple 8 week pottery classes, as well as ongoing weekly open studio sessions. Programming supported both beginner and intermediate participants in developing technical skills and creative confidence in a studio environment. Served approximately 63 individuals. Create for Calm Initiative Launched Create for Calm, a free community based arts program designed to support mental wellness through guided creative experiences. Sessions were led by qualified instructors and included a variety of art forms aimed at reducing stress, encouraging self expression, and fostering a sense of community. The program was open to all participants at no cost, removing financial barriers to participation. Served approximately 90 individuals. Part V, Line 33 - Significant Activities During the year, the organization expanded its programming through the implementation of the Create for Calm initiative, a community based arts program focused on mental wellness and accessibility. Part V, Line 34 - Changes to Governing Documents No significant changes were made to the organizations governing documents during the year. Part V, Line 35b - Form 990-T The organization did not have unrelated business income requiring the filing of Form 990-T. Part V, Line 42 - Books and Records The organizations books and records are maintained by the Executive Director at the organizations principal office. Part VI - Additional Information The organization continues to grow its capacity to provide accessible arts programming to the community. During the year, administrative practices were strengthened to support organizational sustainability and compliance with best practices for nonprofit operations. The organization also benefits from shared services, including insurance coverage, provided by Noel United Methodist Church.”

These include 7000 in student scholarships and tuition assistance provided to ensure access to programming regardless of financial circumstances, 5000 in program supplies, 2000 in event related expenses, 4500 in software and operational subscriptions, 2674.61 in payment processing fees, and 3000 in accounting and professional services. These expenses support the organizations ongoing instructional, outreach, and community based arts initiatives. Part I, Line 20 - Other Changes in Net Assets The organization experienced a modest decrease in net assets during the year due to expanded program offerings, increased scholarship support, and unanticipated administrative expenses. Certain accounting services that had previously been provided through external support were transitioned to paid professional services during the year. Part III - Program Service Accomplishments Individual Art and Music Lessons Provided individualized art and music instruction to students of varying ages and skill levels. While many participants paid standard lesson fees, the organization also provided need based scholarships and tuition assistance to ensure equitable access to instruction. Served approximately 140 individuals. Art and Music Outreach Delivered art and music programming in partnership with local nonprofit organizations, expanding access to creative experiences for children and adults in the broader community. In addition, facilitated community wide public art initiatives, including a Free Little Art Gallery and a collaborative community mural, designed to foster community engagement and creative expression. Served approximately 1135 individuals. Pottery and Ceramics Program Offered structured ceramics education through multiple 8 week pottery classes, as well as ongoing weekly open studio sessions. Programming supported both beginner and intermediate participants in developing technical skills and creative confidence in a studio environment. Served approximately 63 individuals. Create for Calm Initiative Launched Create for Calm, a free community based arts program designed to support mental wellness through guided creative experiences. Sessions were led by qualified instructors and included a variety of art forms aimed at reducing stress, encouraging self expression, and fostering a sense of community. The program was open to all participants at no cost, removing financial barriers to participation. Served approximately 90 individuals. Part V, Line 33 - Significant Activities During the year, the organization expanded its programming through the implementation of the Create for Calm initiative, a community based arts program focused on mental wellness and accessibility.
