This was a 3000 sponsorship3ML Multimodal Longitudinal Modeling ProjectThis is a multi-nation collaboration project with Canadian and US partners managed by the President of the ALS CURE Project gratis. The University of Alberta was funded to support coordination activities for the MRI, Blood and speech sample and data collection of the Canadian patients involved with the 3ML project. Stanford University received funding to support the development of the 3ML model. Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory was funded through the Livermore Lab Foundation to provide strategic ML oversight and development of key interfaces.ALS and Parkinsons Drug Repurposing ProjectThis project is a validation of previous work funded at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory through the Livermore Lab Foundation LLF was funded to validate results using the Optum dataset. The goal of this project is to use ML learning to analyze medical records of ALS patients to search for existing approved drugs off-target which might be useful in extending the life of ALS and PD patients. Funding partners included, LLF, Stanford, ALS Network and the RDM Positive Impact Foundation.”
