If after hearing the member's response and after making further investigation as warranted by the circumstances, the board determines the member had failed to disclose an actual or possible conflict of interest, it shall take appropriate disciplinary and corrective action. Each board member and executive director shall annually sign a statement that affirms such person has agreed to comply with the policy. Periodic reviews shall also be conducted.”

The justification for recommended adjustments will be appropriately documented.”
