| ReasonableCauseExplanation/ExplanationTxt | 0 | Our organization's accountant passed away in 2022 having the majority of our records in their possession, which resulted in a slow process for reconstructing the data and complete IRS Form 990EZ for 2022 for our organization. As we were finally able to piece together the filing which was just completed, we are now able to complete this year's tax requirement. WE are in the process of engaging a bookkeeper to aid us in the process of streamlining our account on Quickbooks internally to help prevent the delays that have been prevalent in our reporting. |
