THE BUDGET IS SUBMITTED TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, ALONG WITH ANNUAL COMPETITIVE SALARY INFORMATION. THE BOARD DECIDES WHETHER TO ACCEPT THE RECOMMENDATION OR MAKE CHANGES. ANNUAL CHANGES TO COMPENSATION GO INTO EFFECT ON MARCH 1 OF EACH YEAR FOR THE TREASURER OF THE ORGANIZATION, COMPENSATION IS HANDLED THROUGH THE CONTROLLING ORGANIZATION, THE GREATER CINCINNATI FOUNDATION.
