The Mirage Mens Club Foundation Inc MMCF was formed in 2019. All our members reside in the Four Seasons at Mirage an age-restricted community of 1,200 single family homes in southeastern New Jersey near the Jersey Shore. Mission and Program Overview

Mission

The Mirage Mens Club Foundation Inc MMCF was formed in 2019. All our members reside in the Four Seasons at Mirage an age-restricted community of 1,200 single family homes in southeastern New Jersey near the Jersey Shore. What began as a social club in 2001 was reorganized in 2019 into a nonprofit. Upon its formation our mission remains to support charitable giving outside the gates of our community and into the greater Barnegat Township and surrounding communities. The MMCF members of which there are currently over 200 meet nine times a year and organize five fundraising events annually to promote charitable causes in Barnegat and nearby communities. The MMCF members work to identify local charitable causes with which it can assist either financially or through member-volunteers.

Program Services

DescriptionGrantsExpenses
College Scholarships. We firmly believe that education is key to success. In 2025 we gave three Barnegat High School Seniors $1,500 each towards their first-year tuition. The criteria we ask the school administrators to apply is that the graduating senior must be motivated to pursue a college or trade school education at least a solid B GPA student and needs our financial assistance to pursue their post-secondary education. The MMCF Board of Directors has no involvement in the selection of these student-recipients. The annual grant in 2025 was $4,500.$4,500$0
Support Local Food Pantries. We believe strongly in supporting efforts to eliminate food insecurity in the greater Barnegat Community. Last year we donated a total $3,300 to the Barnegat Food Pantry St Francis Human Concerns on Long Beach Island St Vincent de Paul Food Pantry also in Barnegat and to the Military Support Alliance Food Warriors at Joint Base MDL here in New Jersey. We also organized a Mirage Community Food Drive in November collecting 2,090 pounds of non-perishable food donations and distributing all this food to the three food pantries in Barnegat.$3,300$0
Food for Needy Families. We have a strong working relationship with the Barnegat Board of Education. Each year we ask the school administrators to provide us with the names of two households three times a year around the major holidays so that we can purchase their food for holiday dinner. Our members will reach out to the needy family to learn what they want in the way of food. Then our members will shop at a local supermarket for each family and deliver the food to their door. We helped six families in 2025 at a cost of $1,142.$0$1,142

| Explanation:| The Mirage Mens Club Foundation Inc MMCF was formed in 2019. What began as a social club in 2001 was reorganized in 2019 into a nonprofit. Upon its formation our mission remains to support charitable giving outside the gates of our community and into the greater Barnegat Township and surrounding communities. The MMCF members of which there are currently over 200 meet nine times a year and organize fundraising events to promote charitable causes in Barnegat and nearby communities. The MMCF members work to identify local charitable causes with which it can assist either financially or through member-volunteers. The MMCF has three principal funding streams: 1.Membership Dues. As stated in Part 1 Line 3 our members pay annual dues currently $25 per member. The revenue from this source is intended to cover the administrative costs of running the nonprofit. 2.Program Meetings. Our members meet nine times a year and are charged a monthly member fee that is intended to cover the cost of holding that meeting e.g. the cost of food or meeting restaurant space. The cost of these monthly meetings vary. Our meetings are held at a clubhouse within the grounds of the Mirage community or at a local venue. It is our objective not to turn a profit or loss from these meetings. Our Program Service Revenue is listed in Part I Line 2. 3.Fundraising Events. We run five fundraising events annually in the communitys clubhouse ballroom. These are always musical events with local bands or tribute bands that our members and their guests can relate to and more importantly dance to. Fundraising events are open to all residents of the Four Seasons at Mirage community as well as their friends and families. We aim to have 150 - 250 guests attend each fundraising event and seek a 20% return on our fundraising costs. This is the main source of our income used for charitable giving.

IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt3| Explanation:| The Mirage Mens Club Foundation Inc MMCF was formed in 2019. All our members reside in the Four Seasons at Mirage an age-restricted community of 1,200 single family homes in southeastern New Jersey near the Jersey Shore. What began as a social club in 2001 was reorganized in 2019 into a nonprofit. Upon its formation our mission remains to support charitable giving outside the gates of our community and into the greater Barnegat Township and surrounding communities. The MMCF members of which there are currently over 200 meet nine times a year and organize fundraising events to promote charitable causes in Barnegat and nearby communities. The MMCF members work to identify local charitable causes with which it can assist either financially or through member-volunteers. The MMCF has three principal funding streams: 1.Membership Dues. As stated in Part 1 Line 3 our members pay annual dues currently $25 per member. The revenue from this source is intended to cover the administrative costs of running the nonprofit. 2.Program Meetings. Our members meet nine times a year and are charged a monthly member fee that is intended to cover the cost of holding that meeting e.g. the cost of food or meeting restaurant space. The cost of these monthly meetings vary. Our meetings are held at a clubhouse within the grounds of the Mirage community or at a local venue. It is our objective not to turn a profit or loss from these meetings. Our Program Service Revenue is listed in Part I Line 2. 3.Fundraising Events. We run five fundraising events annually in the communitys clubhouse ballroom. These are always musical events with local bands or tribute bands that our members and their guests can relate to and more importantly dance to. Fundraising events are open to all residents of the Four Seasons at Mirage community as well as their friends and families. We aim to have 150 - 250 guests attend each fundraising event and seek a 20% return on our fundraising costs. This is the main source of our income used for charitable giving.
