“A. To acquire, own, operate and maintain all or portions of the troy savings bank music hall building in troy, new york, and to establish it as an arts center serving the local regional community; b. To cultivate a vibrant musical arts community through quality artistic programming and musical experiences including workshops, lectures, rehearsals, recitals and performances; c. To provide a venue for: (i) local, regional and national productions of the performing arts, including theatre, dance and music; (ii) the visual arts, including painting, sculpture, photography, crafts and installations; (iii) the electronic arts and film; and (iv) civic cultural and educational events for the benefit of the general public, including arts programs, lectures, dances, banquets, seasonal festivals, historic celebrations, workshops, and public forums. D. Host, sponsor and support other cultural events and arts activities. E. To do any other act or thing incidental to or connected with the above purposes or for their advancement, but not for pecuniary profit or financial gain to its members, directors or officers; and f. To use all properties held or controlled by the corporation and the net earnings thereof exclusively to further the aforementioned purposes of the corporation.”
