Just to sit down over a table, buy their dinner and let them pour out their hearts and get the cares of life off their shoulders. That is what this arm of the ministry does. It gets us to the table or the funeral or whatever the crisis. Beond the obvoius, you have to show up and build relationships before leaders will be candid enough for us to even know they are in need. Leaders resources- provides boots on the ground, one on one and group support through roundtable seminars, 4 weekly zoom calls, weekend training sessions and print materials that have all helped to keepour leaders encouraged and connected. We regulary train 100 plus pastors every weekthrough zoom calls alone.”
