“The organization monitors and enforces compliance with its conflict-of-interest policy through annual disclosure statements completed by all officers directors and key employees. Each signed statement is reviewed by the Vice President of Finance & HR. Any potential conflicts are discussed at board meetings and documented in the minutes. In addition board members are reminded of the policy at the start of each fiscal year and must disclose any new or potential conflicts as they arise. If a conflict is identified the affected individual is recused from related decisions and the action is noted in the organizations records.”

During FY 2024 BOCC was reimbursed $936,110 for approved expenses including payroll rent and program costs. Direct community grants and sponsorships totaling $137,066 were received and reported as contributions. Total revenue for FY 2024 was $1,073,176 and total expenses were $1,230,368 resulting in a net program deficit of $157,192. The remaining $28,675 at year-end represents the organizations operational reserve.”
