THE DOWNTOWN CAMP HILL ASSOCIATION (DCHA) SPECIFICALLY FOCUSES ON THE DOWNTOWN BUSINESS DISTRICT ALONG MARKET STREET BETWEEN 15TH AND 25TH STREETS OF CAMP HILL BOROUGH. BY ENCOURAGING, PLANNING, AND IMPLEMENTING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS IN THE COMMUNITY, THE ASSOCIATION HOPES TO ENHANCE THE IMAGE OF THE DOWNTOWN AREA AND GENERATE ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES. THE DCHA IS A MAIN STREET ORGANIZATION THAT PRODUCES SEVERAL YEARLY COMMUNITY EVENTS TO DRAW PEOPLE INTO THE DOWNTOWN AREA.
