“Our mission is to provide education and support for those who unintentionally harm others and increase awareness and understanding of the plight and needs of this population.”

“In-person conference: benefitted approximately 20 people: our annual in- person conference is an extension of our fellowship program, offering participants the opportunity to meet live in a safe, confidential environment for up to 2 days. The extended format includes resources, peer support and lively discussion relevant to our community.”

“Fellowship: benefitted approximately 500 people -- our monthly online fellowship meetings offer individuals who have caused unintentional harm and their family members a safe space to listen, learn, and share if they are so inclined. The program features nationally acclaimed speakers on such topics as forgiveness, effects of stress on brain chemistry, post traumatic stress disorder, as well as therapeutic resources available to our community.”

“Expressive writing: benefited approximately 100 people our expressive writing group meets monthly over zoom. A facilitator presents the group with some writing prompts, the group writes for about 20 minutes and then reconvenes to share their experiences and insights. The group provides a safe, comfortable environment to work through the difficult feelings that come with causing unintentional harm.”

“Book club: benefitted approximately 50 people our monthly online book club provides another opportunity to create community. The goal of the group is to read and learn together so we can move through our experiences with greater health and vitality.”
