Once the draft is finalized it is distributed to all members of the Board of Directors for review before filing. Board members are allowed to ask questions and provide feedback and any necessary revisions are incorporated based on their input. The final version of the Form 990 is filed only after the Board has had sufficient time to review and approve the return.”

“| Explanation:| Reclassification of revenue: Upon review the Organization determined that certain amounts previously reported as contributions were exchange payments received in return for services provided by the Organization. Accordingly the Organization reclassified the following amounts from contributions and grants to program service revenue: $10,000 12 22 2021 $28,000 11 30 2022 and $35,000 10 23 2023. This reclassification did not affect total revenue change in net assets or the organizations public charity status; however it resulted in minor changes to the prior-year comparative figures presented on this return and a slight change to the public support computations on Schedule A.”
