Tyson wilke, the executive director of re family services is married to kim casey. Kim casey is also a board member of re family services. She works for re family services in an employment manner averaging 1/2 hour per week. The boards written policy requires tyson wilke to excuse himself from all issues and conversations that involve him directly.

Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11

The executive director submits the form 990 to the board of directors for review. The board of directors will review the tax return and discuss any issues raised. The board will either consent to filing the tax return or send it back to the accountants for changes. When the board unanimously consents to accept the tax reutrn, the executive director will contact the accounting firm and request they efile the tax return with the irs.

Board approved a conflict of interest policy that states:- no board member may use priveledge and sensitive information from re family services for personal benefit. - all employees, vendors, and contractors must disclose familial or personal relationships between each other to the board. The board gets to decide if these relationships constitute a conflict of interest and how to handle them. - all board members must disclose familial relationships between board members, employees, vendors and contractors.
