“Operation give bag is a family focused program that aims to provide produce and grocery boxes to families that are connected to us through the efforts of local social workers, counselors, and health department officials. 60-80 boxes per month were distributed in 2020, with each box providing 5 meals for a family of 4.”

“Summer lunch break addresses the needs of students who qualify for and rely heavily on the public school systems to provide lunch to them throughout the year. Access to these essential meals gets drastically diminished during the summer months, so we address that disparity by bringing fresh meals directly to their residential areas. In 2020 over 3,500 meals were served.”

“Chefs for the polls is a collaboration with world central kitchen that delivers nourishing meals at polling sites, putting hope and community at the center of elections. Chefs for the polls is a non-partisan effort that will feed people of all political parties and beliefs. Meals are not offered as an incentive or reward for voting; rather, meals will be available at polling sites for anyone who is hungry. 10,000 meals were served at polling sites in 2020.”
