“Shades of blue worked with the coo of ontario international airport in california to establish the pathways to aviation and aerospace program. This culminated in january 2020, with between 500 to 600 people in attendance. We also began a class in january 2020 with 35 students from twelve different school districts surrounding the ontario international airport. In addition to the already existing chapters, we have been in discussion with individuals who would like to start chapters in utah and new mexico, and bring our chapters in illinois and georgia back online. Major contributor for 2019 was the jeppesen boeing corporation. We are currently in discussion with nasa on a possible future space act agreement, and a possible mou with the faa. We are continuing our relationships with the boeing corporation and waiting to reengage once the covid-19 pandemic subsides.”
