The organization contracts with a management company to manage the mapleton mobile home park. Duties include advertising the premises, collecting rents, hiring and supervising all personnel required for operation and maintenance of the premises, monitoring and inspecting the premises, contracting with vendors for insurance, utilities, etc. And performing all bookkeeping services for the organization.

The bylaws were updated to bring them into compliance with colorado and federal non-profit laws. No significant changes to the structure of the organization, or to the authority of the board in running the organization, or to the mission of the organization were made.

The organization is organized with 135 members; one for each unit in the mapleton mobile home park.

All resident-owners living within the mapleton park subdivision are members. Officers are elected from among the members.

The privileges of holding office, introducing motions, floor debate and voting shall be limited to the members. Each member shall be entitled to one vote per unit on each matter submitted to a vote of the membership.
