“Keystone symposia on molecular and cellular biology has a client service agreement with intandem human resources, llc, an unrelated organizations. Intandem human resources, llc is a professional employer organizations (peo). As a result, the peo is the employer for the purposes of paying wages and benefits. The peo remits all taxes and files all returns under their names and employer identification numbers. The salary, benefits, and payroll tax expenses shown on line 5,7,and 9 of part ix represent amounts paid by the peos as part of the client service agreement. In addition, keystone symposia on molecular and cellular biology is reporting paid employees on form 990, part v, line 2a because of the relationship with the peo as stated above.”
