As of december 31, 2016, open federal income tax years include the tax years ended december 31, 2011 through december 31, 2016. The fund has reviewed all open tax years and major jurisdictions and concluded that the adoption of accounting standards codification 740, income taxes, resulted in no effect to the fund's combined financial position or results of operations.
