The Board members all have a business relationship with each other as they all serve on the Board of the related for profit organization Longmont Housing Management Inc.

Longmont Housing Authority (LHA) is the management company for Longmont Housing Development Corporation (LHDC). LHDC paid the management company $150,000 to provide corporate management services for accounting and operations. The corporate management fee is determined annually in the board approved budget.
