Additional Explanations

Form 990

The organization previously sold the property used in the exempt purpose on 8.29.13 and expected to replace the property within the statuatory period ending on 8.29.16 pursuant to code section 512(a)(3)(d). The property was replaced as expected on august 22, 2016. The total amount realized from the sale of the old property was properly reinvested into the new property, therefore no gain will be recognized. The new property basis is reduced by the previously deferred gain of 1,596,727.
