Annually all board members and key employees are required to sign a conflict of interest statement disclosing any conflicts.

Providers Resource Clearinghouse (PRC) uses a related organization, Aurora Mental Health Center, Inc. (AuMHC) for all hiring decisions and payroll administration. PRC does not currently reimburse AuMHC for their Executive Director's salary or benefits. AuMHC uses salary surveys to determine the compensation of PRC's Executive Director, which is also compared to other employees with similar positions who are on AuMHC's payroll.
