The Organization has entered into an agreement with Urban, Inc., an unrelated company, to provide management services for the project. Under the agreement, the Organization is to pay a management fee equal to 3% of residential and other income. During 2021, the Organization incurred management fees of $14,776 to Urban, Inc.
