Additionally, bright future provides legal representation to qualifying low-income individuals and families impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking.”
“Housing: --freedom ranch safehouse: freedom ranch is eagle county's first and only safehouse and emergency shelter for individuals and families affected by domestic violence and sexual assault. The location of the shelter is kept confidential to protect the safety and security of residents. Residents have the support of the shelter coordinator and other residents through shared living, dining, and children's areas. Additionally, residents work closely with advocates to determine plans following their stay at freedom ranch. --rapid re-housing: this program allows us to provide a limited number of families with low-rent, temporary housing for up to two years after leaving the safehouse. Program participants also have access to case management, advocacy, counseling, community referrals, life skills workshops, childcare assistance, and legal services. At the completion of this intensive program, families have the tools to be financially self- sufficient.”
