Tom Glause, CEO, and Seth Glause, RIDING eVENT board director of the MOUNTAIN STATES circuit, are related based on the IRS definition of a relative. THE ORGANIZATION HAS REPORTED ALL KNOWN BUSINESS AND FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS. THERE MAY BE OTHER RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE OFFICERS OR BOARD MEMBERS OF THE CIRCUITS SERVING IN JOINT CAPACITIES AS OFFICERS, RODEO COMMITTEE MEMBERS AND RODEO EVENT REPRESENTATIVES, THAT THE ORGANIZATION IS UNAWARE OF.”
