“The executive committee oversees the organization's business and decision making. The executive committee is comprised of not fewer than three nor more than 20 persons including the founder, the chairperson of the board of directors, the president, and additional members that are nominated by the nominating committee of the board of directors. Membership to the executive committee is for a term of one year. During the 2022 tax year, all members of the executive committee were also members of the board of directors.”

In order to attract and retain well-qualified managers, the committee seeks to set compensation in the upper 25% of the ranges stated in the survey. Minutes are kept from each compensation committee meeting. A compensation review was conducted in november of 2022.”
