Members elect the board of directors and the officers of the board are elected by the voting membership at the annual membership meeting.

The board of directors consists of 5 officers and no more than 10 directors at large. Those persons whose terms expire and who are eligible for election to the board of directors as officers or directors will be elected by the voting membership at the annual membership meeting. These by-laws may be amended or repealed and new by-laws adopted by a majority vote of the board of directors present and voting, provided that any proposed amendments shall have been submitted to the board at least thirty (30) days prior to the meeting of the board of directors at which the proposed amendments are to be considered.
