The project has hired a CPA firm to assist in the preparation of the Form 990. The return is not currently reviewed by the Board of Directors prior to filing.

The Board of Directors annually approve salaries of the project administrator and other employees. Generally, amounts are adjusted annually to reflect cost of living adjustments. The project administrator's salary is also approved annually by HUD as part of the annual approval of the project's operating budget.
