This information is then compiled and submitted to the review committee. - prior to the end of the evaluation year, the review committee evaluates and assesses the performance of the president/ceo based on progress toward established goals and the working relationship with staff and membership. The review committee then meets with president/ceo to discuss the evaluation. The evaluation is documented and signed by the board chair and president/ceo. - upon review of compensation analysis data, the board chair will make a recommendation to the executive committee as to whether or not there will be a base wage merit increase for the next year and incentive plan payment for the evaluation year. Once approved, the board chair submits official documentation to hr for processing and recordkeeping purposes.”

If an individual does not require a "market wage adjustment", then visit denver utilizes their performance review score as a guideline to determine the merit increase percentage using a scale, which is based upon the employers council data and available payroll budget increase.”
