Supplemental Narrative

Additional Explanations

Part I, Line 16

The organization receives support primarily from grants, donations, and in-kind contributions from the public and community partners. 1. In-Kind Contributions & Valuation The organization received significant in-kind contributions during 2025, including materials, equipment, advertising, and professional services. These contributions are recorded at their estimated fair market value at the time of donation. Certain in-kind values were refined at year-end to ensure accurate reporting. 2. Donated Services & Program Support Donated professional services include program leadership, trauma-informed coaching, and grant writing support. These services were essential to program delivery and are included in both revenue and expenses in accordance with applicable nonprofit accounting standards. 3. Facility Transition & Donated Property During 2025, the organization transitioned from a facility previously used for programming due to the sale of the property. The organization continues to operate programming through partnerships and donated spaces. 4. Beginning net assets reflect the organizations accurate financial position. A typographical error in the prior year (2024) Form 990-EZ resulted in an inconsistency in the reported ending balance. The corrected ending net assets were $3,001.

Part II, Line 24

Other assets consist of program equipment and office furniture used for program operations.
