“Form 990-ez, part iii, line 28 - first accomplishment ongoing public service project support & mentorship the ongoing public service project support and mentorship activities further the exempt purposes by providing relief to the poor, the distressed, and the underprivileged and lessening neighborhood tension and combating community deterioration through support and guidance on participants' community engagement projects. The organization provides continuous contact and advice to 16 participants on community service programs monthly at minimum. Numerous leadership mentorship / public service planning sessions were conducted in 2024, in addition to other mentorship and support opportunities. Hundreds of south dakotans have benefited from the charitable causes pursued by participants' community service projects assisted by the organization. No grants were made in excess of 5,000 during the organization's tax year.”

“Educational leadership training seminar discussion groups, forums, panels, and lectures are utilized to carry out two multiple-day in-person leadership training seminars as part of the institute's programming. Education is advanced through the gathering of 16 participants for leadership training and educational and cultural activities. The 2024 leadership training seminar dates were april 19 21, 2024 and september 27 29, 2024 . Hundreds of south dakotans have benefited from the project management and leadership skills gained by the participants at these seminars.”

“Educational leadership training programing & presentations program services accomplishment were achieved by providing educational leadership training programing and presentations. Science and education are advanced by the training and learning opportunities presented by experts in their fields. Technology was utilized to provide a course of instruction by correspondence among participants throughout the state. More than 6 speakers presented virtually and taught 16 participants in their areas of expertise. Thirteen educational presentations were conducted through digital video conferences held throughout the year.”
