The organization will consult with a cpa firm for the form 990 tax preparation. A draft of the form 990 will be provided to the executive director and business/financial services consultant for review. Once approved, the cpa firm will file the return. A copy of the final tax return will be provided to all board members and accepted at a public board meeting.
