“Family support & navigation services served over 1,350 individuals through personalized support and advocacy. Our team assisted families with a wide range of needsfrom enrolling children in school and securing referrals to healthcare or housing services, to connecting them with other local programs. By meeting families where they are, we helped them navigate complex systems and gain access to critical resources. Community engagement & events held 16 community events, including resource fairs, cultural celebrations, volunteer appreciation gatherings, and festive thanksgiving and christmas celebrations. These events served as key moments for connection, joy, and collective support. In total, we welcomed over 800 residents, strengthening community bonds and access to essential services. Adult education & workforce development offered englishlanguage classes, adult literacy programs, and digital/computer literacy workshops to over 120 adult learners. Legal outreach & advocacy provided free legal education and support through pro bono outreach by volunteer attorneys, in partnership with local legal aid organizations. These sessions covered topics such as family law, tenants rights, and consumer protection, helping community members better understand their rights and confidently navigate complex legal issues. Youth & creative development programs enrolled 35 children in our summer art camp, where they explored visual arts and creative expression through hands-on projects. Additionally, 40 children and adults participated in our community photography course, learning both technical and storytelling skills. After both programs, we hosted a public art and photo exhibit, allowing families and community members to celebrate participants creativity and achievements. Mujeres fuertes: womens empowerment program empowered 80 latina women through our mujeres fuertes program, focusing on leadership development, wellness, and advocacy. 80% of participants completed the 12-week curriculum, and 100% reported increased self-confidence, stronger community ties, and greater civic engagement. Annual fundraiser & community support successfully hosted our annual fundraiser, attended by over 100 community members, including corporate sponsors, individual donors, and local partners. The event featured a silent auction and served as both a celebration of our work and a critical source of support to sustain our programs and services.”
