During the tax year Madis House expanded its program services by introducing new peer-led wellness workshops for high school students community outreach initiatives and creative expression activities designed to support both the prevention and management of mental health challenges among youth. These programs aim to build resilience self-awareness and positive coping skills in teens before they transition into adulthood. This expansion represents a proactive step in Madis Houses mission-extending its supportive stigma-free community model beyond young adults to reach adolescents who may be at risk. During the tax year Madis House made significant enhancements to how it conducts its program services to further its mission of providing a free stigma-free and supportive community for young adults living with mental health challenges or recovering from addiction. Enhancing peer-led engagement: The organization strengthened its peer-to-peer model by training young adult leaders with lived experience to facilitate support groups and creative programs such as art music and fitness sessions. This approach helps participants find purpose belonging and hope through shared understanding rather than clinical intervention. 3. The center provides a safe stigma-free environment where members can connect through group activities creative workshops and casual conversation-reducing isolation and promoting hope and healing outside of clinical settings. Services are provided its members at no cost. New members were added at an average of 100 per month with about 1400 at the end of 2024. The drop-in model allows participants to engage at their own comfort level fostering trust and belonging. Objective: To prevent suicide and crisis escalation by offering consistent community connection and supportive relationships rooted in understanding and compassion. Long-term Goal: To create a sustainable model of peer-driven mental health support that can be replicated in other communities
