The organization qualifies as a tax-exempt organization under section 501 (c)(3) of the internal revenue code and, therefore, there is no provision for federal or state income taxes. In addition, the organization has been determined by the internal revenue service (irs) not to be a private foundation within the meaning of section 509(a) of the code. Management believes that no uncertain tax positions exist for the organization at december 31, 2024.
