THE CREATE EVENT IS A FREE ART-MAKING DAY FOR FAMILIES AND OFFERS CRAFTS, DEMONSTRATIONS, AND PARTICIPATING IN MAKING LARGE ART PIECES THAT ARE DISPLAYED AT THE PARK AT THE DIRECTION BY VARIOUS LOCAL ARTISTS. FOCUSED ON PROVIDING ART PROGRAMMING FOR FAMILIES OFFERING FREE INTERACTIVE ART-MAKING AND DEMONSTRATIONS BY VARIOUS LOCAL ARTISTS. THE 2023 CREATE EVENT HAD OVER 800 PARTICIPANTS INCLUDING VISITORS, ARTISTS, AND VOLUNTEERS. Community events - our organization hosted a variety of free and paid events at the park, offering diverse recreational and cultural experiences for the community with 8,000 attendees annually, 50% from outside the city, and 30% from outside the county. The create event is a free art-making day for families and offers crafts, demonstrations, and participating in making large art pieces that are displayed at the park at the direction by various local artists. Focused on providing art programming for families offering free interactive art-making and demonstrations by various local artists. The 2023 create event had over 800 participants including visitors, artists, and volunteers. During the event, visitors contributed to the creation of multiple large art pieces which are displayed at the park year-round and were able to create smaller take-home art pieces. This event nurtured young talents and promoted community involvement and appreciation for the arts. The beer and wine festival featured tasting from 15 local breweries and wineries, as well as 20 local arts & crafts vendors and 2 local bands. This paid event attracted over 650 attendees, offering a platform for local small businesses to showcase their products and for participants to enjoy high quality beverages and handmade crafts. The festival included live music and food trucks, creating a vibrant and festive atmosphere. The ghost walk event provided guided tours through the historic neighborhood surrounding the park. Costumed ghosts guided attendees through the neighborhood, stopping at various homes within the neighborhood, where a costumed storyteller would recount the architectural and historical significance of each home, weaving fascinating ghost stories to captivate the audience. This paid event drew 400 participants, combining education, entertainment and community engagement. The ghost walk highlighted delawares rich heritage and architecture, fostering a deeper appreciation for local history. The park also hosts other community events including an artisan festival, may day celebration, a cappella performances, and others, each offering unique opportunities for community engagement and enjoyment. Our dedication to hosting diverse and engaging events at the park has significantly contributed to the communitys cultural vitality and social cohesion.

Enhanced the quality of life in delaware by preserving and maintaining the only downtown green space for use by the community. Our organization maintains and enhances a 2.2 acres green space in delaware, ohio benefitting local residents and visitors. Our efforts included regular landscaping, planting seasonal flowers, and litter clean up by volunteers and donors, contributing to the aesthetic appeal and environmental health of the city. The park is used by 28,000 visitors annually. OUR EFFORTS INCLUDED REGULAR LANDSCAPING, PLANTING SEASONAL FLOWERS, AND LITTER CLEAN UP BY VOLUNTEERS AND DONORS, CONTRIBUTING TO THE AESTHETIC APPEAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH OF THE CITY. THE PARK IS USED BY 28,000 VISITORS ANNUALLY. WE ORGANIZED MULTIPLE VOLUNTEER EVENTS, ENGAGING AN ESTIMATED 150 VOLUNTEERS IN ACTIVITIES SUCH AS LITTER CLEAN UP, GENERAL LANDSCAPING, PLANTING, ETC. THE GALLERY IS DESIGNED TO BE ACCESSIBLE TO EVERYONE AND IS OPEN YEAR-ROUND. THE CREATE EVENT IS A FREE ART-MAKING DAY FOR FAMILIES AND OFFERS CRAFTS, DEMONSTRATIONS, AND PARTICIPATING IN MAKING LARGE ART PIECES THAT ARE DISPLAYED AT THE PARK AT THE DIRECTION BY VARIOUS LOCAL ARTISTS. FOCUSED ON PROVIDING ART PROGRAMMING FOR FAMILIES OFFERING FREE INTERACTIVE ART-MAKING AND DEMONSTRATIONS BY VARIOUS LOCAL ARTISTS. THE 2023 CREATE EVENT HAD OVER 800 PARTICIPANTS INCLUDING VISITORS, ARTISTS, AND VOLUNTEERS. DURING THE EVENT, VISITORS CONTRIBUTED TO THE CREATION OF MULTIPLE LARGE ART PIECES WHICH ARE DISPLAYED AT THE PARK YEAR-ROUND AND WERE ABLE TO CREATE SMALLER TAKE-HOME ART PIECES. THIS EVENT NURTURED YOUNG TALENTS AND PROMOTED COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT AND APPRECIATION FOR THE ARTS. THE BEER AND WINE FESTIVAL FEATURED TASTING FROM 15 LOCAL BREWERIES AND WINERIES, AS WELL AS 20 LOCAL ARTS & CRAFTS VENDORS AND 2 LOCAL BANDS. THIS PAID EVENT ATTRACTED OVER 650 ATTENDEES, OFFERING A PLATFORM FOR LOCAL SMALL BUSINESSES TO SHOWCASE THEIR PRODUCTS AND FOR PARTICIPANTS TO ENJOY HIGH QUALITY BEVERAGES AND HANDMADE CRAFTS. THE FESTIVAL INCLUDED LIVE MUSIC AND FOOD TRUCKS, CREATING A VIBRANT AND FESTIVE ATMOSPHERE. THE GHOST WALK EVENT PROVIDED GUIDED TOURS THROUGH THE HISTORIC NEIGHBORHOOD SURROUNDING THE PARK. COSTUMED GHOSTS GUIDED ATTENDEES THROUGH THE NEIGHBORHOOD, STOPPING AT VARIOUS HOMES WITHIN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, WHERE A COSTUMED STORYTELLER WOULD RECOUNT THE ARCHITECTURAL AND HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF EACH HOME, WEAVING FASCINATING GHOST STORIES TO CAPTIVATE THE AUDIENCE. THIS PAID EVENT DREW 400 PARTICIPANTS, COMBINING EDUCATION, ENTERTAINMENT AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT. THE GHOST WALK HIGHLIGHTED DELAWARES RICH HERITAGE AND ARCHITECTURE, FOSTERING A DEEPER APPRECIATION FOR LOCAL HISTORY.
