Once the completed 990 is received, it is reviewed by the ACLT Finance Committee at the call of the Chair with the auditors present to assist in the presentation at the next regular meeting after that review or a call meeting, whichever comes first, in order to complete and submit timely. The full Board will have a copy and will be walked through the documents for review and approval.

Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12C

The Governing Body is apprised of the requirement of declaring conflict of interest and is not allowed to vote on issues where conflict is possible or apparant. Annually, the Governing Body addresses potential or possible conflict of interest in the regular meetings, where minutes are maintained. All Board Members have completed board training at some time during their tenure concerning conflict of interest issues. For purposes of consistency, the official agenda for each board meeting contains a section requiring the Board Members to acknowledge any potential conflicts of interest on the current agenda or sign off that none exist.

Annually, the Governing Body addresses potential or possible conflict of interest in the regular meetings, where minutes are maintained. All Board Members have completed board training at some time during their tenure concerning conflict of interest issues. For purposes of consistency, the official agenda for each board meeting contains a section requiring the Board Members to acknowledge any potential conflicts of interest on the current agenda or sign off that none exist.
